Scouting applicants (not selected): Data is retained for 12 months from submission date, then deleted unless you have reapplied.
Represented talent: Data is retained for the duration of the representation agreement plus 7 years for legal and accounting compliance.
Clients: Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 7 years.
Website visitors: Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form. Non-aggregated log data is deleted after 90 days.
7. Your Rights
