These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Laurent Model Management website located at https://laurentfashion.framer.website ("Site") and any content, materials, or services made available through it. By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of this Site constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use this Site.

Laurent reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Permitted Use

This Site is made available for the following purposes:

  • Learning about Laurent Model Management and its services

  • Reviewing represented talent portfolios

  • Submitting talent applications through designated channels

  • Contacting Laurent departments through designated contact forms or emails

  • Reviewing editorial and campaign credits published by Laurent

All other uses are prohibited without express written authorization from Laurent.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any content from this Site without prior written consent

  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from this Site

  • Attempt to access restricted or non-public areas of the Site

  • Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam

  • Impersonate Laurent, its employees, talent, or affiliated parties

  • Use the Site to conduct fraudulent scouting or misrepresent affiliation with Laurent

  • Interfere with the security, performance, or availability of the Site

  • Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, or destructive software

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphic design, editorial credits, campaign images, logos, brand marks, and layout — is the property of Laurent Model Management or its authorized licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Site content without written permission from Laurent or the relevant rights holder.

Photographs of represented talent are the property of the respective photographers and are used by Laurent under license. Requests to license such images must be directed to the relevant photographer or their representative, not to Laurent.

Laurent® and the Laurent Model Management name and mark are registered or protected identities. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media profiles and external editorial publications. These links are provided for reference only. Laurent does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

6. Scouting Submissions

By submitting materials through the Get Scouted form or via scout@laurentagency.com, you confirm that:

  • All submitted photographs are of you, the applicant

  • You are either (a) 18 or older, or (b) submitting with documented parental or guardian consent

  • The materials do not infringe the rights of any third party

  • You grant Laurent a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to retain and review submitted materials for the purpose of talent evaluation

Laurent will not use submitted materials for any commercial or public purpose without executing a formal representation agreement. Materials submitted by non-selected applicants are retained for 12 months and then deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Laurent does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with use of the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laurent, its directors, agents, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Laurent's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, that you have paid Laurent in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laurent Model Management and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party right.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

If you are a consumer located in another jurisdiction, mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence may also apply.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Laurent Model Management regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements or communications on the same subject matter.
